[DUPLICATE] Items in BRF and HFC drop randomly on any difficulty.

Bug description: The items from these raids (Blackrock Foundry & Hellfire Citadel) drop randomly from the bosses. For example I'm doing BRF on mythic and bosses drop items from LFR and normal and they don't even drop the items that the boss has in the (shift+J panel)
I did BRF mythic tonight and all of the items that dropped were normal or heroic difficulty items.
