Bug description: Alliance can not start Operation: Shieldwall faction since the entry quest isn't linked properly to the required NPC (Lyania should start the quest). Horde can do their version (*cough cough* racism, j/k).

Update: Scout Lynn and King Varian Wrynn aren't spawned anywhere in Krasarang Wilds.

Proof: For reference, the Horde version got the proper NPC's linked in the quest. The Alliance version does not.
