[REJECTED] Legendary drop system or anti bad luck bug

Bug description: There is some problem with this legendary drops... First 2 legendarys should have very high chance to drop(check this post)... but for some reason it just does not drop at all on my alts. Since the launch of 7.2.5 I got only 1 legendary on my main and 0 on my alts which I play every day, all are above 890-900+ ilvl without any legendary drop from this patch, idk what is going on... I can assume there is a bug with my account or maybe this drop system is account wide and not per character and specialization, maybe it gets reset when you Set Loot Specialization from portrait, or when changing specs...idk, only Shocker can check this.

Without at least 2 legendarys it makes very hard to progress in pve and other artifact challenging quests.

There is no such thing as having a bugged BLP on all your chars or on your account. BLP is working as intended and is as close as it can gets to the retail feature.
