[REJECTED] [Legion][Azsuna] A Favor for Mr. Shackle

Bug description: For some reason, my main character "Zyriah" can not get this quest. It's required for the Azsuna achievement that you need for legion flying.

Things I know:
- Definitely at the right place/person.
- The only requirement is level 98 (tested this with a fresh demon hunter that has no other non-DH quests completed in Legion https://i.gyazo.com/20c42e0d554a42af1ec8e9df58f0ee68.jpg ).
- Have completed all the other Azsuna storylines, so it's not a requirement there either.
- Other people and characters are able to get and complete the quest


Things I have already tried:
- Definitely not on the quest, not in my log, and I've went to where the objectives would be, they are there, also tried going to the person that I would turn the quest into and they don't have the quest completion option.
- Tried getting the quest on another char (DH referenced earlier) successfully sharing with a friend (A SUPER fresh 98 DH) and then having that char try to shar it with my main. It says "Zyriah is not eligible for that quest"
- I've deleted my cache twice, once after a server restart to see if that would enable it
- Tried downloading a fresh torrent of the wow-freakz client

Without this I'm unable to complete the rest of the Pathfinder achievement for flying. I've worked on a lot of the rest of it, and have no other 110s. Please help.

Hello,

Thank you for posting such a detailed bug report, I applaud you for this.
Unfortunately we cannot help you with anything here, since it's not a general issue (as you have also seen, when trying to get it on your alt char), but if you make an in-game ticket a Game Master will be able assist you with your problem and hopefully enable the quest for you.
Side note: After making the ticket, be sure that you're online, otherwise they will not be able to help you in any way.
