Bug description: Anyone can "learn" the flight paths that hunters use to travel. There's at least 1 in Stormheim and Suramar that are easily reached. Once there you can click on them like any other flight master to learn the path. While you cannot use them this will affect the Flight Master's Whistle when used and port you to an eagle which you cannot use, thus wasting the whistle.

These shouldn't be learnable by non-hunters and should be removed from players who do have them learned if possible.
