What am i supposed to do? Bring you formulas of freaking mmr system? These are facts. Have you ever seen 4k rated team on reatil? No. Have you ever seen 2.5k rated team getting 25 rate from 1.5k team ? No. Its your choice, you can keep it custom like this or try and explain why do we have those random +25 every time mmr is higher than rate by 100.
