Whatever , every event / realm first always took place @20:00 i kinda have an idea about who declined.. just keep that in mind for next event .

And i think unknow123 meant if you can make it to talk on teamspeak , because the rules are quite unclear for him and you were meant to talk with him in teamspeak yesterday i beleive .

For us would have been better 20.00 just so that some of us won't rush at home from work/school but if someone else can't make it at 20.00 than it's ok 19.00.
Regarding the rules I believe that those should be posted here too, the final set, so that no one can say they weren't informed or that something wasn't clear.

So , in the end , when will this event start ... 19 00 or 20 00 ? As far as I see a lot of guilds prefer 20 : 00

I think the list in incomplete since you said nothing about tsulong and other things , just scroll up from the stuff i sent you last day , everything is there

I decided to ignore tsulong since it turned out that almost every class can top it up in seconds but monks.
As for grounding its the only fair way. If you use grounding on CD you will avoid 1 member being damaged on every cd. Since here you will save all that's why you get limited to one.
I had discussions with almost every guild and I took all the feedback into consideration before taking the final decision.
It all seem fair and square.
