Bug description: If you play as a Mage against a Shaman, you cannot spellsteal ghostwolf, don't get me wrong, in the case Spellsteal acts like a Purge, and the shaman should just get out of Ghost wolf Form.

I really don't think so
Spellsteal is not Purge, and Purge is not Spellsteal
just my opinion
but if in retail Spellsteal can do that then it should be fixed ASAP
