Bug description: whan i get spell locked on frost ( by casting frostbolt , ring of frost etc.) i can't cast Ebonbolt witch is a shadowfrost cast so it should work. i've seen it on retail, youtube... they cast frostbolt , get locked on the frost school and then cast ebonbolt. i can't do that on freakz cuz its bugged

CM Note: When you get locked on any frost ability, you can still cast Ebenbold, but if you get locked on Ebenbold every frost ability won't be useable, except Cold Snap.

This affects all classes basically. From now on, you will be able to cast multi-school spells as long as there is at least a single school from the spell that is not locked out.
