Bug description: The NPC Meryl Felstorm should spawn in the Hall of the Guardian near the forge after I complete the first requirement of the quest (Cast the spell. "Teleport: Hall of the Guardian"). As you can see in the proof the quest mark appears on the minimap but the NPC is missing.
I've made this char way before you've implemented the third relic unlock and I messed with some order hall quests (upgrades and missions also) and that might be the cause since I think I am the only mage without a third relic unlocked.
