[FIXED] [Mage] [Talent] Ring of Frost weird Interaction

Bug description: So after the recent patchings alot of bugs started occuring 1 of them is ring of frost , I cannot really explain HOW it happens but i might orb a person and hit the other guy and he gets orbed aswell a few seconds later , it's like ring swaps places in arena randomly.
Proof: I can't really prove it as I cannot fraps the games , just spectate any mage game you will see the weird interaction.
