Bug description: Tooltip says that the damage is split between nearby targets, but instead all nearby targets take the full damage so for example, in the video the tooltip says that it will do 435k damage split between the 3 dummies but it does 1,5m total damage - hitting all the dummies for full damage (didn't take all the factors into consideration but it's basically a lot more damage than it should do).
