hi, ive been trying this for days, evertime i enter the game and i log in it tells me that this account needs to be transfered to a battle.net account, and the realmlist is also stuck on 'unlimited 255 PvE' which is the server i used to play before. i am aware that i should change the realmlist and i already did, and also removed all the related things to that server. can you guys please tell me what to do, i already tried reinstalling the client and its still the same.

Greetings! If the realmlist is stuck, then there's a problem with the game. Please check if the game / config.wtf file are set to read-only (you can view that by right-clicking them and then clicking on properties). If any of them is read-only, then undo that. If that didn't help then you might have to reinstall the game.

i did exactly what u told me to do, yet its still stuck on another realm and gives me the error: this acc needs to be converted to a battle.net acc.
edit:i even reinstalled like 2 times and still, ive been trying for days

Are you using your email to login or your username, i have this issue sometimes if i use email or username so try both

Make sure that the entered info is for the ingame account, not forum one.

Trying to log in for the first time on the server but it's say that the servers are offline and i can't join them but on their hompage it's says that the server is up and running, anyone who knows what's up?

Are you trying to log on Genesis or Legion PTR?
What game version do you have? Where was it downloaded from? Is it a clean installation or it was pre-set for some other private server?
What is your current realmlist?

hi guys sorry to bother you, i have no idea where to post my problem, i started playing today, i downloaded the MoP client from your website and it was working fine this morning. now when i want to log in it gets stuck on "success" and dont want to go past it

Greetings! This is not the right place, but I'll help you regardless. This type of CAS error is caused by a property of your Data folder has. Head over to your WoW folder and look for something called Data. Right click on it, and uncheck read-only in the properties tab and then apply the changes.
