Bug description: Fists should apply stun only on first tick of dmg, not during whole duration whenever dmg ticks, so monk can 360 and stun everyone around like with leg sweep.
Proof: I think this doesnt need any proofs, since it stupid to think it applies on every tick since if u trinket "fist" stun u would get insta restuned which is obviously not how it should work.
