Bug description: a 976 Monk Chi ji heals for a maximum 412K it currently does not get affected by secondary stats or even VELENS which increases all healing, My Chi ji heals for 243k crit and It only gets affected by intellect (Proced the versa trait and removed it after the tick, didnt affect it whatsoever)

I thought the heals would go back to normal after chi ji not critting fix but yeah the chi ji crane heals are really bad rn...

Confirmed, albeit it has all the proper auras, it does not scale with versatility currently, but it should.
