Bug description: Rushing Jade Wind is getting through all kinds of los in all arenas. This is resulting in damage get when you are in los, keeping you in combat and preventing the stealth classes using stealth.

Proof: I filmed using fraps how this spell work against los on freakz in different arenas(In the majority of the videos the los is against pillars)

As you can see in the retail video above the Rushing Jade Wind do not deal damage when the target is in los.

Agree , it also got high range , and its damage pass the pilar in los
