Bug description: Doar mountu fara cei 2 vendori.

The NPCs it carries are:
Cousin Slowhands: repairs, reagents, and level 90 Pandaria food.
Mystic Birdhat: reforge
This mount is account-wide across factions, from personal experience.

Fixed, live at server restart. They both spawn now, Reforger works, Vendor works (with added flavor texts too), but the eject won't work (general issue, like Tundra Mammoth).
