[FIXED] [Multiple] Pet up but passive while mounted

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Petul hunterului, magelui , priestului, lockului, shamanului (elemental pets), Dkului n-ar trebui sa dispara si totodata cu disparitia lor sa dispara si ability bar atunci cand masterul/playerul se urca pe mount., totusi acesta neputand fii controlat atunci cand masterul/playerul este pe mount, bara fiind inactiva. E foarte important pentru lock pentru ca asa are soul link tot timpul activat.
Dovada / Proof:
"Characters who mount up with a pet bar active should no longer lose control of the pet if they dismount while under the effects of any crowd control." din asta reiese ca petul este up atunci cand iei cc'ul.

Am uitat sa adaug ca atunci cand sunt pe orice mount, atata timp cat sunt pe pamant petul ramane up (avand acelasi speed cu al meu), daca zobr cu fly mount el dispare (cum e in poza)
