Bug description: Keeper Raynae is missing. This NPC is linked to Broken Isles Fishing reputations. You should be able to turn in Corrupted Globule for reputation - you can fish them up in the small river near where the Keeper should be in Val'Sharah. (See here https://www.wowhead.com/npc=120456/keeper-raynae)
She's also missing her vendor list in the database.
Proof: According to the database, she is not spawned and is missing her vendor list.
