All the drop chances listed above are verified and are exactly as they were on retail, even the cloaks / rings / necks / trinkets that are dropped from multiple bosses, each one of them.
Gluth's other item drops are fine ( i'm talking about the fact that Gluth drops nearly each item from every boss in Naxxramas but with a lower drop chance. )
This one took me almost 12 hours ( Yeah, 12 hours, because when i was finished with Sapphiron on 25 mode i got a browser crash and all i could recover was only to the 25 mode Maexxna and i was needed to do them again. ), so far there's no mistake in the item lists and everything is perfectly fine.
When you'll get to Kel'Thuzad, please try and kill him multiple times, because sometimes it gets bugged and it can't be looted at all.

There is no problem with the loot chance, let me explain you why:

We use "group loot system", what that means? Well on 10 man (H/N) there are 2 groups, like number 1 and 2, and items are like this, 5 random items in group 1 and 5 random items in group 2, when you kill the boss you will receive a random item from group 1 and a random item from group 2, and for 25 man we use 4 groups.

Why we use this? Because it's better to have 100% 2 items on 10 man and 4 items in 25n then 0 items, or maybe 1 items, due to the low drop chance.
