Bug description: I checked 3 out of 8 travel forms obtainable techniques for inscription:
Technique: Mark of the Midnight Runestag, you should be able to buy it from Wildhunt Quatermaster, it's missing.: https://www.wowhead.com/npc=176065/liawyn
Technique : Mark of Arden Sablemoth, you should be able to buy it from Court of the Night quatermaster, it's missing : https://www.wowhead.com/npc=162447/spindlenose
Mark of the shimmering Ardenmoth, you should be able to get for speaking and doing stuff for Droman Dawnblossom, it's missing dialogue option, https://www.wowhead.com/npc=165341/droman-dawnblossom
