Many videos shows ordos in the same location as freakz. Anyone can access him

Ordos spawn location is blizzlike I have killed him many times.

Just find a way to cross the broken bridge.
Goblin glider might work or simply use the crane statue, which launches you 1km in the air.
To use crane open rope bound (rope jump event) and gleaming treasure (pillar jump event) chest.
