Bug description: Quest item drops from Ruul the Darkener, but only his netherdrake mount is there, no Ruul.

But there is one drake that has Ruul the Darkener. Not the one on the ground but the one that flies. So the quest is completable.

you are right, i found him flying, only i had to chase him for a while, because in the air is not attackable so you have to wait him to land, but on the end i completetd the quest.
