[DUPLICATE] [PVE] World/Raid/Dungeon mobs vs disorient/silence effects

Bug description: Disorient/Silence effect dont prevent mobs from using their abilities - happens in world/raid/dungeon.

I only posted proofs according to my class DH Vengence, but form what I have seen Paladin/Priest duration silences, Warrior/Warlock fears are ignored too.
