[FIXED] [Paladin][Holy] Beacons and healing trinkets

WoW Freakz spell link: Beacon of Light, Beacon of Virtue, Beacon of Faith.

Bug description: Healing trinkets like Barbaric Mindslaver, Sea Star of the Deepmother, Archive of Faith, The Deceiver's Grand Design should not trigger the Beacons.

Proof:
1. Link (6.24) - Beacons are spread, Sea Star is up, no small heals transferred. There are many other examples in the video, but I think this one is the neatest.

2. Link - Both the statement and the explanation.
`I've tested both Sea Star of the Depthmother and The Deceiver's Grand Design, and neither trinket's healing triggers beacon.`
This proof is kind of sloppy, but paired with the other one I think it should be alright. Note the date of the post.

Having the above arguments, we should not see any Beacon procs from the Sea Star - LINK, yet there are. I haven't tested it for other trinkets/beacons, but I believe that the results would be the same.
