[FIXED] [Paladin][Holy] Judgment (holy) vs Judgment (holy)

Bug description: Judgments from holy paladins overbuff each other.
This means if holy pala A uses judgment and 1 sec later holy pala B uses it, the first paladin won't have judgment active on the target anymore.
Also the dmg from holy shock/crusader strike is no longer increased (so it's no visual bug).
Basically this makes shockadin useless if there is a 2nd holy paladin in your raid and costed me at least 100k dps on augur today.

This bug only happens with holy vs holy, retri judg works perfect togheter.

Proof: I tested it with a 2nd paladin on dummy and also noticed it in raid today.
