Bug description:
1. Doesn't remove Word of Glory's / Eternal Flame's global cooldown (only visually, but in reality you can't cast it until GCD is over).
2. Visual bug: doesn't show Spell Power gained from Attack Power in the Character panel. Same bug as here.
