Bug description: Echo of the Highlord can procc divine purpose too, this leads to the high number of proccs you have with this talent.
To test the bug simply watch your proccs after using templar's vredicht. The echo will always hit 1 sec after it and also your divine purpose proccs 1 sec later if it is triggered by echo.

It does not list EchoTemplarsVerdict in the triggerlist.

Ok, i moved this back to pending, because aside from the askmrrobot triggerlist I can't find a solid prove that it should procc or not.

Here in the comment section everyone denies that i can procc purpose. But it proccs the healing at 10% base.

I can confirm the existence of the proc (Divine Purpose) from the trait (Echo of the Highlord) on Freakz. However, a solid proof from a character on retail would be conclusive, if the Divine Purpose should proc or not from that specific trait.

It definitely shouldnt proc divine purpose. Its a separate entity doing the spells, a very similar example is the Time and Space (wowhead link) trait for arcane explosion in 7.2. That trait does not proc arcane missiles because, again, its a separate entity casting that echo. Feel free to investigate further but the evidence is pretty solid.
