Bug description:
What should happen:If you refresh Inquisition before it has expired you will have a maximum of 2 seconds added onto the duration of your next Inquisition.
What happens on Freakz: If you refresh Inquisition before it has expired you will get an Inquisition that lasts 20/40/60 seconds based on the amount of holy power used withouth the 2 seconds mentioned above.
