[REJECTED] Perma debuffed

Bug description: I was killing some mobs and then I noticed that I was debuffed, but not temporally, but permanently. I was at the north of Abrupted Coast killing demons.

Edit#1: 5 minutes later and I'm still debuffed.

Edit#2: I've disconnected my char and she's still debuffed and the debuff deals damage. It isn't so much damage, but it's triggering.

We need the exact name of the npc and the ability name in english.
The proof you've posted is enough.
What I would suggest you to do for now is: try to kill your character, relog if that's not working, unstuck if none of the previous answers worked.
