[FIXED] [Priest][Discipline] Fake Atonements increasing Plea cost

Bug description: If you have atonements active on targets a certain range away from you (like 60-100y) and they expire the atonement is still active as "fake" for plea.
This leads to plea mana cost skyrocketing and you have to suicide/relog to remove this bug.
In raids i don't get this bug, but while doing keys it happens quite often. People running from location A to B still having atonement active and it expires.

Here i made a simple test how high it can stack.

I did this by using atonement in dalaran on people and then I ran away to let it expire out of my range
At 10 stacks its already impossible to heal mana efficient in m+.

Solution might be to script plea like the artifact spell (Light's Wrath), because i don't deal 10 times more dmg from this "fake" atonements.
