Bug description: Atonement aplies by https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=194509&&name=power-word-radiance last for full normal duration (15seconds) and applies atonement to only 3 total targets
as the tooltip says it should only last for 60% of its normal duration, and applies atonement to 5 total targets.

Proof : im not be able to post anything because i couldnt login again, but im tried it a couple times before to make sure its bugged
