I made a different topic for this, because the exploit acts differently than the other one (i guess)

You can procc twist of fate by overhealing a target with very low HP (for example pets).
This allows you to have 100% ToF uptime as discipline priest and gain enormous hps/dps advantage.

Basically it treats the overheal > 100% of target max HP as heal vs a low target.
ToF kinda needs a check if the target was under 35% before it healed (simply disable proc from overheal will bug instead of fix it)
