Descrierea bugului / Bug description: When multiple Shields break at the same time, the Rapture multi-triggers - once for each shield - able to restore up to full mana pool (with 4p bonus). This was "bug" during retail WotLK, didn't make it to Cataclysm. Rapture triggers always only once up to every 12 seconds.
Dovada / Proof: Easy to test on Stomp, Morchok.

After a short test i can more than agree with you that Rapture has a CD but when mutiple shields break at the same time Rapture occurs for each one . Confirmed .
