Bug description: I am tired of getting feared multiple times in a row…
Psyfiend’s Psychic Terror is also interruptible by Rogue’s Kick , Druid’s Skull bash, Rebuke, Windshear and etc.

I want to add that if Psychic Terror gets interrupted once while targeting you, you shouldn't be targeted/feared by it anymore since it shouldn't cast Psychic Horror on the same target twice or more.Spell is currently working as it should work in 5.0.

Also not sure but i think it is currently unattackable. Check that one too.

Also more things on the list:
Psyfiend's Psychic Terror should make the target flee ("Running in Fear") as it says here https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=113792&&name=psychic-terror.
So i tested it and from what i've seen on arenas it is always causing the target to tremble in place. So i thought maybe the problem is in the glyph Glyph of Psychic Scream and both effects are swapped. So bought the glyph and put it on. Well, same effect - trembling in place. That makes it incredible fear chain when used on arenas combined with my first statement up there (even if you don't have the glyph on you).

You can easily figure this out for players, too. Every second priest uses these bugs on arenas.

So do you need more proof or what?

1. Psyfiend should cast it's fear only once per target. If the cast is interrupted the target of that cast shouldn't be targeted again for a fear.
2. The targets must run in fear, instead they tremble in place.
3. It shouldnt target enemies that are in stealth.
