Trebuie sa fie... altfel aceea eroare nu aparea. Fa-mi un print sau doua cu lista ta de plugins.ini,ori copiaza textul din plugins.ini si pune-l aici in code si ti-l voi rescrie.

Probabil ca este un plugin ce ruleaza prin doua fisiere iar unul nu este pus. Nu imi pot da seama in mare parte, dar este ceva legat de modul Jailbreak care contine mai multe fisiere .amxx de incarcat, verifica sa le ai pe toate. +Krond_Functions trebuie scos, nu ai server KROND ASA CA ESTE INUTIL! FOLOSESTE DREam SErver ANTI FLOOD, sau o versiune pentru hostinguri oarecare.
Mai mult de atat nu pot face.

Vezi ce ai pus printre ultimele dati de cand o inceput sa cada si afli ce nu-i place.

S-ar putea sa fie de la Krond.

Daca ai probleme in domeniu IT,Servere(Metin2,Samp,CS),Forumuri,phpBB,scripturi website si altele PM si te rezolv

vezi pe viitor cand pui ceva tine in teste o zi doua sa vezi cu se comporta.
