Bug description: spell tooltip says SoTR should give me 52% dmg reduction without standing in consencration. but while using it it only gives me 39%.

Idk where you see a bug now?
The tooltip somehow seems to round the value different and shows 1% more but that is just visual (non-existent difference if not).

Update: tested with different mastery values, you can sometimes get same number for tooltip and buff.
I think the buff description always cuts off decimals while tooltip rounds correct.
