[DUPLICATE] Prototype Personnel Decimator explosion on player, not target

Bug description: The description of the trinket (Launch a homing missile if your target is at least 10 yards away, dealing damage to all enemies within 20yd) as well as general videos on the trinket show that the explosion is supposed to be on the target. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODPpdE4Hb2s < video showing how it looks.
Proof: Playing a fire mage, any time it procs, the explosion is on my player model. (damage range seems to be correct though, only visual bug)
