[REJECTED] [Quest] -Blood and Gold- phasing issue

Bug description:

Zone: Stormheim
NPC: Yotnars Head

The NPC is not visible by me so I cannot finish and take the rest of the quest chain

What I've tried so far:
-Deleting the char
-Deleting the quest
-Deleting the WTF and Cache folder
-Removing addons
-I've tried after a serv restart

*I believe that is a issue with the phasing of the quest instances. Because I've done this quest with other chars 3 days ago and did not have this issue and I can see other players completing the quest and the NPC dialog. My girlfriend had another issue after completing a quest where after phasing he was attacked by a invisible mob and so on
