Quest Turn-In

Hello. I've made this since I didn't know what else to do. So, I did my quest for the Paladin Artifact, and at the end, after defeating Balnazzar and the quest seemed complete, it appeared that I had to turn it in in Light's Hope Chapel, and therefore, I used my hearthstone. I got there and saw that there was noone to turn it in. I've talked to some people and they told me I can only complete it on the Broken Shore. Now, I can't get back there since I HS-ed, and I can't even abandon the quest. What should I do ?
