Bug description:
• There are a lot of quests that don’t work properly.(Autocomplete/Not Scripted)I have read and watched many reviews and many people have complained about the lack of a script.Many quests which require more work are left autocomplete or not scripted.
"The debug quality of the quests in this server sucks , unlike atlantiss they don't want to take time to debug them , so they just put on auto complete 90% of the non working quest , all they efforts are on the classes , dungeons , raids and other 'core' mechanics.
If one day they decide to create a blizzlike x1 rates with true international server rules ( only english on public chat ) and start to debug quest , this server will be the best."

"Questing works properly. I'd say 90% of the quests I did from 1-90 were working properly. There are some that are a little more intricate and do not work properly (IE: riding a mount and blasting monsters while on it). •The map doesn’t update when you need collect multiple items. For example, let’s say that you need to collect an item in Goldshire and then travel to Stormwind but your quest doesn’t specifically say “Travel to Goldshire and then to Stormwind to collect your items” or you don’t know exactly where Goldshire and Stormwind is. You’re map will mark the first object’s location in Goldshire but once you grab that item the map will not update and mark where you’re second item is located until you come close enough to it. If you’re not used to the quests then you’ll find yourself constantly on Youtube to find a walkthrough so you can know where to go to complete the quest.

•Leveling is extremely fast , 10x from my point of view is too much 1x - 2x would be more than good.That could be useful , because the world would report the autocomplete quests .At the same time would increase the number of people who join Dungeon Finder.At the beginning of MoP was 1x and nobody has complained about that .It was really fun to do leveling.
•When collecting multiples of the same items the map is not always highlighted in blue to show where the item is located.

Let me shed some light on the topic from my experience as a developer on the server. We know that most of the quests from level 1-80 do not work blizzlike because of two reasons.

1) They are low level quests and most people use the 15x experience gain so they skip a lot of content, thus there aren't any bug reports made on the forum
2) The low level quests were scripted a long long time ago when we as developers did not have so much experience with fixing , soanything that had a complex script was put on autocomplete with the idea of not getting the players stuck on a quest chain because of a missing quest script

Since Cataclysm we have gained more experience and have learned more about the scripting of quests in trinity core , things that you can see in the quest scripts. Most of the quests from Cataclysm are working way better than the ones from Vanilla, TBC, WOTLK, and with the beginning of MoP we have taken quest scripting to another level, coming really close to the original blizzlike scripts. Of course there will be exceptions to this rules, it isn't worth to spend several days to script a quest that the player will do only once and then forget about it, we try to make the normal quests as close to blizzlike as possible because we want to focus more on the daily quests that the players will most likely do all the time.

To make a blizzlike quest that has NPC speech, NPC movement, Spells , different object interactions you will need to work in around 7-8 SQL's tables, not to mention that some npcs have scripts like a Raid boss, with 4-5 spells and if the spells don't work properly then you can expect to lose a couple of hours to try and find a custom fix because our C++ developers (Shocker,Nexlame and Rage) do not have time to fix unimportant npc spells, they have a lot of work to do with the class fixes. Another point is that all the developers are over 20+ years, so we have jobs from 9-17 or in shifts which reduces our time to work on the server to around 2-4 hours a day which translates in around 3-4 blizzlike quests, if you are lucky enough to know the script, if not, then you can add another 30min-1 hour for the research
That is my point of view refarding the quests that are on autocomplete or not scripted blizzlike




Fixes will be live only after a server restart !
