[FIXED] [RDF] Luck Of the Draw buff stacking problem

Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Daca un player da relog/alt-f4(neconfirmate) sau ii pica netul/crash wow ( confirmate) stackeaza bufful DOAR pe el nu si pe restul party-ului.
Dovada / Proof: Pe mine apare 1 singur stack, pe druidul caruia i-a picat netul 2. Mentionez ca eram in solo queue.

Din ce am gasit, bufful ar trebui sa se aplice astfel -> un stack pt fiecare random member cu care ai fost bagat in party ( soloq= 3 stacks, 3 man party 2 stacks,4 man party 1 stack, 5 man party no stacks, daca gresesc cu ceva va rog infirmati)

Din alt + f4 nu se stacheaza. Confirmari in caz de disconnect ori crash ?

Fixed, Luck of the Draw stacks now correctly scale depending on the random members for your group
