Can confirm SFuegoJuarez`s problem.
Did the quest 4 times, never allowed me to loot the 100th mark to complete.

if you have the problem with being stuck at 99/100 try splitting the marks into 2 stacks, as I know it worked for mostly everyone with this problem

Can try to get the 100 marks before you take the quest, then take the quest and complete it, worked on one of my chars
