You have to kill 3 rare elite.
The only problem is that each time you kill one, even the 3rd one, the score which appear on your screen is always 1/3, but when you kill the last one, your quest is complete. Just check your quests list. And you can't kill 3 times the same mob.

the quest is NOT bug. i kill 3 different rare Elite and quest completed.

Still bugged. Killed 20 rare elites from all over the broken shore and none counted. I even relogged as the above post say and did not get it complete.

same problem here,i killed the same rare elite and after counted 2 /3 kill when i killed for 3rd time i didnt received quest complet...i abandon the quest and redo,same problem,the quest is broken,counting only 2 kills. i even reloged after 3rd kill quest incomplete.
i made prtscrns with proof,dunno how to post it on forum...
