Bug description: I try to recruit the 2 npcs and they don't give me a prompt or any completion and I tired one of the npcs in 2 different areas and both didn't work, and I cant abandon the quest to try and start over either, so im stuck.

They have to complete your quest (42608) since you already recruited the 2 champions.
