Bug description: i have unlocked the hidden artifact apearances but i can only use the first apperance since the server update to 7.3.5 (on the screenshots i picked the apperance and exited the menu and entered it agian the purple is the only one useable even thou the rest are unlocked)

Ever since the server got updated to 7.3.5, the "Balance of Power" questline has been fixed which would mean that in order to unlock "Herald of Pestilence" appereances you will have to do the required stuff.

From the pictures you've shown, the only missing Bonereaper appereance is the 2nd one, correct ?

Well in order to unlock it you have to complete 30 legion dungeons with the first appereance equipped.

Perhaps you can try to do out the requirements again. Maybe an unstuck and/or clearing cache might help as well.
