the spell is affected by haste and crit ,something to consider that it should have at least 4.5 procs per min and Seyrox tested with no gear and with base haste which is 0% and base crit which is 5% then it's normal to proc at each crit because your autoattacks have low chance of crit and badluck protection kicked in.

Ok, this report is open for too long without making any sense. Truth is its pretty simple to see if there is anything wrong, like you guys said the RPPM is: 4.5 * haste * crit.

I used oblitarate only when i had KM proc so I can track the number of procs.

Hitting dummy for 4m16s = 220 auto attacks, 20 critical auto attacks ( difference in total hits and normal/crit is due too miss/parry which are not recorded)

20 crits = 14 KM procs, that's called RNG.




This time I equipped some gear because maybe there is a bug when you get gear? I had 29% Crit and 21% haste

RPPM now is: 4.5 * 1.29 * 1.21 = 7.02

2minutes AT = 35 crits = 11 KM procs.




I will leave the topic for one more day then I will move it accordingly.

Finally some1 bringing some actual proof of testing.
That's called badluck protection - because you've done damage for 4 mins and got only 20 crits, the badluck protection came in and tried to respect the formula 4.5 * (1 + haste) * (1 + crit) per minute .It's very simple and as you stated in your proofs there is nothing wrong with the proc.
