Bug description: When you approach Navarrogg to begin the ritual, theres no option to start it nor does it start on its own. It worked before the patch, i can confirm that.
Now i tried relogging, clearing the cache and even did some "stupid" stuff like disabling the interface or deleting WTF folder. I came across two other players having the same problem. Coordinates are : 37, 39.3 in a cave

It's working for me. Just approach Navarrogg.
