WoW Freakz spell link: Flash Concentration [#336267]
Character name: Karakachambo

Bug description: flash concentrion reducing 0.8s only. MUST be 1.0s
Proof: https://postimg.cc/gxf0p9Gw 0 stacks 2.0 cast time.
https://postimg.cc/wtpdF96k 1 stack 1.9 cast time. should be reduced 0.2!
https://postimg.cc/gx6Z8HJZ 2 stacks, reducing 0.2 - ok
https://postimg.cc/N9xTLG0C 3 stacks, again reducing with 0.2 - ok
https://postimg.cc/JyMz0NBm 4 stacks 0.1s reducing!!!
https://postimg.cc/R3Zx2XH3 5 stacks reducing with 0.2 more - ok
in total only 0.8. NOW before u reject it again atleast dont tell me its working OK because its NOT!!! if u cant or dont want to fix its a different story!
