Character name: Magebloodusr
Bug description: Quest accpeting quest, quest progression, turning quest in works. Rewards work partially. The "Death's Advance Warchest" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/item_finder.php?item=186196&name=death-s-advance-war-chest) doesnt provide any items when opened, turns grey in inventory- no items
Proof: since it's weekly , i blew my chance to record it, clicked and got greyed out in inventory, no chest rewards ended up in my inventory.

Side note: The quest "In need of assistance" (https://www.wow-freakz.com/quest_helper.php?quest=63949&name=in-need-of-assistance) which also provides a Death's Advance War Chest (quest is working as intended) but the chest provided through completion also doesn't work.

The team is aware of the issue and is working towards a fix.
